Which shipping method(s) do you use?

All items ship via USPS- United States Postal Service

We do not use FedEx or UPS at this time

How can I tell if the item I want to purchase is in stock?

If you have questions regarding product availability please call us at 904-353-6200

What are your store hours?

Monday-Friday- 11-5pm

Saturday- 12-3 pm

We are closed federal holidays.

 

Is rush shipping available?

Due to our inventory constantly changing we ask that you give us a call regarding expedited shipping. Our phone number is 904-353-6200

We do not overnight packages

I need my order by a certain time. Can you get it to me?

Please give us a call at 904-353-6200 to discuss shipping time frames. If the item is in stock we will ship the item within 24 hours.

We will take the item to the Post Office, but we cannot guarantee what happens after that. We will do everything on our end to get the items to you in time.

 

What happens if an item is no longer available?

A refund will be processed as soon as possible. An e-mail will be sent showing the amount refunded. If you have not ordered from us before the email may go to your spam folder.

Do you offer group orders?

Yes, we do offer group order. Please email us at orders@brothersandsistersgreekstore.com or give us a call at 904-353-6200 and ask for David.

Do you accept American Express?

Yes, we do. The credit card logos at the bottom of the website do not reflect this information, but we do accept American Express

How long will my item take to ship?

Most in stock items ship within 2-7 business days- depending on the time of year, etc. Cardigans, jackets, and some shirts are special orders. Please contact us if you have questions regarding product availability or shipment times. 

 Why does my order show Awaiting Fulfillment?

 
Awaiting fulfillment means your order is pending shipment.
 
-       During the holiday season order may take up to 7 business days to ship. Business Days are referred to as       Monday-Friday 
-       An item is on order 
 
-       If you have questions regarding your order please give us a call at 904-353- 6200 
 
What is the best way to insure I receive my item?
 
To insure that you receive your order please make sure to do the following:
-       Make sure the mailing address is correct 
-       Please include any apartment or box number if applicable
-       Make sure the location is secure
-       The post office or mail carrier is the best place to contact regarding questions about your delivery
-       A USPS Tracking Number will be sent as soon as your order has shipped. You may receive multiple tracking numbers
 
Why does my order show partial shipped?
 
Your order maybe sent in multiple packages. If an item needs to be ordered it will show partial shipped.  
 
What if I would like to pickup my order in store?
